Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Serve as Scrum Master for the agile development team.
  • Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
  • Coach the team in agile principles, fostering self-organization and accountability.
  • Identify and remove obstacles to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Promote continuous improvement and agile best practices across the team.
  • Coordinate closely with the Product Owner to align sprint goals and business priorities.
  • Support collaboration with other technical teams (e.g., frontend developers) and internal stakeholders.
  • Track and report team progress, providing visibility and insights to management.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master in industrial automation, robotics, or other complex technical domains.
  • Strong technical background — ideally a former software developer.
  • Solid understanding of Agile and SAFe frameworks.
  • Certified Scrum Master (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org).
  • Experience supporting teams through growth or restructuring phases.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the product backlog for one of the two newly formed development teams.
  • Define, prioritize, and refine user stories in collaboration with the development team and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment between software, middleware, and hardware requirements.
  • Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring business value delivery through each sprint.
  • Collaborate with the Scrum Master to ensure smooth sprint planning and execution.
  • Participate in SAFe and Scrum ceremonies and support coordination with other teams and external frontend providers.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to manage expectations and report progress.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner in industrial automation, robotics, or similar engineering-driven environments.
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies, preferably with SAFe experience.
  • Certified Product Owner (Scrum Alliance or Scrum.org).
  • Technical understanding of software–hardware interactions and middleware logic.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ or similar message-passing systems is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Our client, a leading player in the industrial automation and robotics sector in Graubünden, is developing new hardware while leveraging an existing software platform. As a Senior Software Tester, you will be responsible for building up and executing the testing framework, ensuring reliability, performance, and seamless interaction between software and hardware components.

Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and execute test cases for UI, API, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate closely with developers, system engineers, and the test manager to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Set up and maintain automated test suites using Selenium and Ranorex.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman.
  • Support unit testing efforts with MSTest and .NET/C#.
  • Manage and track testing activities within Azure DevOps and integrate results with Jira.
  • Contribute to building a structured and scalable QA process from the ground up.
  • Provide clear defect reports and follow up on resolutions in collaboration with development teams.
Requirements
  • Several years of experience as a Software Tester / QA Engineer, ideally in industrial automation or robotic systems.
  • Solid understanding of test management and test automation methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (test management and pipelines), Selenium, Ranorex, Postman (API testing), MSTest, .NET/C#
  • Experience with the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira)
  • Familiarity with hardware–software integration testing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to testing.
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
