Key Responsibilities (non exhustive list)

• Connect with Prospects - Identify potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, social media, and referrals.
   Gather contact information and reach out to potential customers via cold calling, emails, and personalized content and/or marketing content.
• Create an Excellent First Impression - Represent Hyperio AG professionally in all communications and interactions. Craft friendly and well-written initial emails, initial cold calls, showing genuine interest in prospects’ challenges and goals.
• Educate Prospects - Provide information about Hyperio AG’s products and services, addressing prospects' needs and questions. Help prospects make informed decisions by explaining the benefits and features of our solutions.
• Qualify Prospects - Evaluate prospects to ensure they match our ideal customer profiles and are likely to make a purchase. Advance qualified leads to the next stage in the sales process, such as a sales call or product demo.
• Filter Out Unqualified Prospects - Identify prospects that do not meet the criteria for further engagement. Focus on nurturing qualified leads to maximize the efficiency of the team.
• Track and Manage Leads - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions with prospects in the system. Regularly review and update lead status, ensuring a smooth and organized sales process.
• Communicate with Team Members - Maintain clear and consistent communication with the team to ensure a seamless experience for leads. Collaborate with colleagues to refine the sales process and improve overall performance. Support the creation of marketing materials as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related first technical field experience.
• Previous first experience in sales, customer service, or a related technical role is preferred. Juniors are welcome to apply.
• Excellent communication (English and (Swiss-)German), negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Understanding of the consulting industry and the specific challenges faced by businesses in digital transformation
• Familiarity with software development and technology is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and execute test plans for embedded systems with a focus on API & UI/UX testing.
• Perform automated and manual testing using tools like ReadyAPI, ALM or Testresults.io, and Selenium.
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand technical requirements and troubleshoot issues.
• Ensure that all embedded systems meet quality assurance standards and functional specifications.
• Identify, track, and document defects using QA methodologies and tools like TestResults.
• Write and execute tests using C# with Microsoft Visual Studio or Java as an alternative.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance quality and efficiency.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in Embedded Systems Testing.
• Solid experience with Testresults.io.
• Proficiency in REST API testing, with hands-on experience using ReadyAPI or similar tools.
  
• Experience with ALM (UFT add-in) by Micro Focus, Selenium,
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, including test design, test execution, and bug reporting.
• Proficiency in C# (Microsoft Visual Studio) or Java.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in embedded systems testing, focusing on API testing.
• Knowledge of scripting languages is a plus (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
