Consultants can choose between project-based employment with higher compensation and shared project risk, or permanent employment with an unlimited contract for long-term stability.

Remote-First Approach
Remote work is prioritized by default, giving consultants flexibility and focus in their day-to-day work. On-site presence is only adjusted based on project requirements and client needs.
